Product Details
This product is made of fine-grained high-purity graphite substrate, which has been treated by high-temperature densification. It is combined with a special cast aluminum-grade anti-oxidation coating. The material does not react chemically with molten aluminum, does not stick to aluminum, and does not absorb aluminum. It is formed through precise machining, suitable for processes such as aluminum liquid degassing, flow diversion, shaping, and cooling and shaping. The entire process strictly controls low ash content indicators to prevent impurity contamination of the aluminum liquid and meets the strict standards for mass production of automotive precision aluminum castings.

1. Resistant to erosion by molten aluminum and does not flake or powder off even after long-term immersion.
2. Extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, does not deform during high-temperature casting, and maintains stable casting part dimensions.
3. Self-lubricating and non-sticky aluminum surface, smooth demolding, reducing surface defects of the castings.
4. Uniform and rapid heat conduction, accelerating the solidification of the aluminum liquid and enhancing the production rhythm of aluminum casting.
5. Excellent oxidation resistance, with a much longer service life in high-temperature furnaces than ordinary graphite parts.
Product Advantages
Ordinary graphite products have high ash content, are prone to adhere to aluminum, and are highly susceptible to oxidation. This can easily lead to excessive air holes in automotive aluminum castings, rough surfaces, and low yield rates. The series of cast aluminum-specific graphite parts in this product have undergone a dual process of sealing holes and anti-oxidation treatment. They do not contaminate the aluminum liquid and have stable degassing effects. This can significantly reduce the scrap rate of cast aluminum, decrease the frequency of equipment shutdown and replacement, effectively lower the comprehensive production costs of automotive die-casting production lines, and are suitable for large-scale automated cast aluminum production lines.
