》Take off crystallizer from casting table.
》Remove the three O-rings and the transition plate.
》Loosen the bolt of crystallizer,divide it into two pieces, remove O-ring.
》Crystallizer placed in a turn table, with LPG heating crystallizer until the graphite ring drops off.
》Install new graphite ring in the crystallizer inside and fill stuffs, coating lard on the hot graphite ring.
》Natural cooling the crystallizer, replace all materials and clean, pay attention to the O ring and its position, the overflow hole alignment.
Packing
In order to protect the our graphite products, no matter graphite heaters, graphite crucible or other graphite products, we package our graphite products with wooden boxes or canton boxes. For small mold or samples, normally use carton box; For bigger or quantities mold, normally use wooden boxes.
We can provide the packing list inside the box, the contents including type, specification, number, quantity or weight, manufacturer, production date, origin, etc.
