Product Detailed Introduction
The product is based on fine-grained high-density isostatic pressing graphite as the substrate. It undergoes two rounds of vacuum high-pressure resin impregnation and segmented high-temperature curing processes to completely seal all the capillary pores of the board. Five-axis CNC milling is used for integrated processing of the flow channels, medium pass-through holes, and sealing positioning grooves. The surface is precisely ground to ensure flatness. The finished product can be immersed in acidic electrolyte for a long time and withstand pressure tests of air pressure and water pressure without leakage. It is suitable for high and low temperature cycling start-up conditions.

1. Completely dense with no permeable pores, gases and electrolytes cannot penetrate.
2. The impregnated resin is firmly bonded to the graphite substrate, and there is no powdering or peeling during long-term use.
3. Balanced conductivity and heat conductivity, low interface impedance, improving the energy conversion efficiency of the stack.
4. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and resistant to cold and heat shock. No expansion or deformation during repeated use.
5. High dimensional accuracy. The flow channel style and plate thickness can be customized as needed.
Product advantages
The pores of ordinary graphite sheets are highly permeable, which easily leads to medium leakage and causes power stack short circuit failure. This product adopts a double-layer impregnation sealing process to achieve complete non-permeability, significantly reducing the probability of equipment failure. Compared with composite carbon plates, it has stronger conductivity and does not have the problem of polymer aging and leakage. It is uniformly standardized processed, with highly consistent performance in batches. Small batch samples and large-scale supply for engineering projects can be delivered quickly.
