Details
The powder-pressed graphite bipolar plates are formed by hot pressing high-purity graphite powder combined with modified resin. There is no need for CNC milling. They are the core conductive components of air-cooled hydrogen fuel cells and vanadium liquid flow energy storage stacks. They replace the traditional pure graphite machined plates and have higher cost performance. They are suitable for large-scale procurement by global small and medium-sized power new energy equipment manufacturers.

Product Details

The product is made by mixing graded graphite powder, thermosetting resin, and conductive additives and then granulating them. It is formed through a single high-temperature and high-pressure process with both front and back flow channels, sealed protrusions, and ventilation waterways. It is divided into two types: a general hydrophobic model and a PTFE fully impregnated anti-corrosion model.
The hydrogen reactor model is used for 1–30kW air-cooled electrochemical cells; the energy storage impregnation model is resistant to strong acid electrolyte and is suitable for all-vanadium liquid flow energy storage systems. The flow channel patterns, plate thickness, and hole layout can be adjusted according to customer drawings.
