The actual measurement data show that the thermal expansion coefficient of our aluminum castings with graphite blocks is as low as 0.012×10⁻⁶/℃ (industry average 0.018×10⁻⁶/℃) under the working condition of 600-700℃, and the service life is up to 500 thermal cycles (average of market similar products is 400 times). The material purity reaches 99.95%, and no iron or aluminum impurities are detected by X-ray diffraction (XRD). This effectively reduces the porosity rate of the castings by more than 30%, and enhances the tensile strength and surface finish of the aluminum castings.
