1. Material description
Main ingredients: High-purity calcined coke + graphite aggregate
Forming: Isostatic pressing molding, uniform density, no internal defects
Treatment: Graphitization purification at temperatures above 2800°C
Density: 1.80–1.92 g/cm³, more dense structure
Purity: Ultra-high purity, few impurities are precipitated

  • Product Core Definition

    It is made from 99.9% to 99.99% high-purity artificial graphite as the base material. It is formed through isostatic pressing (partial molding), 2500℃ high-temperature graphitization, and CNC precision processing. It is a dedicated container for lithium battery negative electrode materials (artificial graphite / silicon carbon / hard carbon) during the graphitization process at 2600~2800℃ and the carbonization process at 1200~1500℃. Its core function is to ensure the purity, uniformity and production capacity of the materials during high-temperature treatment.

Bending strength: ≥ 25 MPa (conventional grade), ≥ 40 MPa (high-end grade)
Stacking capacity: Can be stacked in multiple layers (conventional 3 - 5 layers), the bottom box can bear the total weight above ≥ 500 kg without collapse
