US Market Tariff
Basic tariff: 25% ad valorem duty for all graphite products.
Anti-dumping duty: 93.5% preliminary rate, only applicable to lithium battery anode graphite (Final verdict: Dec 2026).
Exemption Notice: Graphite screws, vacuum furnace components and industrial graphite molds are NOT battery anode materials. Buyers can apply to US Customs for tariff exemption.
EU Market
Anti-dumping & anti-subsidy investigation on graphite anode is ongoing. Special graphite & graphite fasteners are not included for now.
3. China Export Control Rules (Dual-use Items)
