Graphite Crucible Factory

Jincheng Graphite was established in 1984 and has accumulated over 40 years of experience in the research and manufacturing of graphite products. In 2011, it completed the shareholding system reform and has become a comprehensive production-oriented source factory for all types of high-purity graphite in Central China. The factory is located on Taihang Avenue in Mengzhuang Town, Huixian City, Henan Province, at the foot of the Taihang Mountains and beside Baiquan Lake. It covers a total area of 100 acres and currently has 200 employees. There is also an exclusive materials research team of 60 people. It adheres to the core business philosophy of "surviving by reputation and developing through quality".

Location-based logistics advantages
The factory is located in Mengzhuang Town, Huixian County, Henan Province, within the Taihang Industrial Belt. It is close to the Hebao Expressway and the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway Main Line. It takes only 1 hour to reach the logistics hubs of Xinxiang and Jiaozuo. The land transportation directly leads to the seaports of Qingdao, Tianjin and Shanghai. The whole vehicle and consolidated container logistics channels are mature. The inland transportation cost is low and the delivery time is stable. It is suitable for the large-scale export of graphite crucibles and large-sized graphite heat field components in container form. The factory is backed by the Baiquan Lake Ecological Zone. The production dust has complete environmental protection treatment equipment, which complies with domestic and EU industrial environmental protection emission standards. It can issue environmental compliance certificates for overseas customs clearance.

Six independent production workshops (differentially isolated production, core competitive point)
To address the problem of cross-contamination of impurities caused by the mixed production of multiple types of graphite, the factory has independently divided six closed production workshops. Isolation channels with pressure differences are set up between the workshops. Semiconductor and photovoltaic high-purity graphite parts are produced in Class 10,000 dust-free clean rooms (in accordance with ISO 14644-7 standards), completely preventing the mixing of metallurgical and diamond rough processing graphite dust into high-purity products:
① Diamond tool graphite workshop: Batch production of diamond saw blade graphite molds, burning graphite boats, graphite pressure heads;
② Semiconductor high-purity graphite dust-free workshop: Dedicated production line for semiconductor heating elements, zone melting silicon heat field low exhaust graphite parts;
③ Photovoltaic graphite heat field workshop: Complete processing of single crystal furnace split heaters, guide tubes, heat insulation screens;
④ Vacuum furnace graphite accessory workshop: Processing of vacuum furnace heat insulation screens, supporting columns, graphite fasteners with special shapes;
⑤ Glass industry graphite workshop: Graphite molds for glass forming, graphite rollers, graphite crucibles;
⑥ Metallurgical precious metal graphite crucible workshop: Batch production of melting crucibles, aluminum melting crucibles, casting stone graphite troughs.

Long-term stable strategic cooperation with graphite mines
Our factory has signed long-term exclusive supply agreements with 3 leading graphite mining enterprises in China. We can purchase natural flake graphite, ultra-fine synthetic high-purity graphite, needle coke and other multi-specification raw material slabs as needed. We can independently control the four core indicators of graphite fixed carbon, ash content, boron-phosphorus impurities and porosity from the source, avoiding price hikes by middlemen. The raw material cost of products of the same purity is reduced by 18%. At the same time, the raw material supply cycle is stable, and there will be no problem of material shortage and production suspension during peak seasons.
