High-purity isostatic pressing graphite melting gold crucibles are the core high-temperature containers used in the fields of precious metal refining, jewelry casting, gold recycling, and laboratory gold sample analysis. They are manufactured using the cold isostatic pressing (CIP) molding + 2800℃ ultra-high temperature graphitization dual-core process, which is completely different from ordinary molded graphite crucibles, silicon carbide-coated crucibles, and ceramic gold melting containers.

The base material is made of 99.9995% ultra-pure graphite powder (D50 = 3μm ultra-fine particles), which is formed through uniform pressure application of 250MPa throughout the entire area. The density can reach 1.92–1.95g/cm³, with a residue content of ≤8ppm, and there is no contamination from alkali metals or heavy metals. This product specifically addresses the three core pain points of gold smelting: leakage loss of gold liquid due to micro-pores in the crucible wall, impact on gold purity due to impurity migration, and safety accidents caused by thermal shock cracking. It is compatible with mainstream gold smelting equipment such as medium-frequency induction furnaces, muffle furnaces, and vacuum arc furnaces. It is the preferred high-purity gold melting container for global jewelry factories, precious metal refineries, and geological laboratories.

 

Precise casting crucible for precious jewelry (1–5kg, small-scale high-frequency application)
Suitable for jewelry factories for 1–5kg of gold / platinum / silver small-batch precision casting. It adopts thin-wall isostatic pressing technology, with uniform wall thickness deviation of ≤ 0.1mm. The bottom has an arc-shaped transition design without dead corners, ensuring smooth gold liquid flow without residue and a metal recovery rate of over 99.98%.
The inner wall is treated with mirror polishing (Ra ≤ 0.2μm), which is non-stick to the gold liquid and easy to demold, reducing subsequent grinding processes. It is equipped with a dedicated graphite cover to reduce gold evaporation loss (≤ 0.015% per furnace cycle). It is compatible with medium-frequency induction furnaces for rapid heating (heating rate up to 120℃/min), meeting the requirements for frequent and small-batch production of jewelry.

For the processes of crude gold purification and electrolytic gold ingot casting in gold refineries, a thickened high-density isostatic pressing graphite substrate is adopted. The anti-shock cycle times are ≥ 1200 times (1600℃ ↔ room temperature), and it can be continuously used for 80 furnaces without cracking or deformation.
