The VC uniform temperature plate for burning ink molds are made of high-density isostatic pressing high-purity graphite as raw material. They are processed by 2800℃ ultra-high temperature graphitization purification and precise five-axis CNC integrated processing. They are specially designed for vacuum sintering and hydrogen atmosphere sintering processes. They are mainly used for the pressing and high-temperature sintering shaping of VC uniform temperature plates for mobile phone heat dissipation, AI servers, vehicle-mounted cooling for new energy, and ultra-thin uniform temperature plates for laptops. They precisely form the internal capillary structure and flow channels, and are indispensable core high-temperature workholding molds for the production of high-end heat dissipation components.

Smelting Graphite Molds

This graphite mold is a complete set of combined structure consisting of the upper mold, lower mold, positioning mold and flow channel forming mold. It is suitable for mass production of ultra-thin VC uniform temperature plates ranging from 0.3mm to 1.2mm;
Relying on the physical properties of graphite such as high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity, low expansion and high strength, it firmly fixes the copper foil substrate, liquid absorption core and sintering powder in an environment of 800~1100℃ high temperature and high pressure sintering, ensuring the overall flatness, flow channel consistency and internal pore uniformity of the product;
It can be matched with all kinds of VC sintering equipment from domestic, Japan, South Korea and Europe, and supports non-standard structures such as square, irregular shape, slot and positioning holes for customization. The graphite has excellent heat conduction performance. During the sintering process, the mold body has strong synchronous heating, and the temperature difference of the entire VC board is small. The internal copper powder and capillary layer are sintered densely and uniformly, significantly improving the overall heat conduction and heat dissipation performance of the uniform temperature board.

The material is dense and tight, with high compressive and bending strength. It can withstand the high pressure of the sintering equipment. Even under heavy pressure, it does not crack or collapse, meeting the requirements for high-density capillary structure molding.
