Fast heat conduction, uniform temperature field inside the furnace
The graphite has excellent heat conduction performance. During the sintering process, the mold body has strong synchronous heating, and the temperature difference of the entire VC board is small. The internal copper powder and capillary layer are sintered densely and uniformly, significantly improving the overall heat conduction and heat dissipation performance of the uniform temperature board.


Resistant to ultra-high temperatures, with stable size and no deformation at high temperatures
It is suitable for continuous sintering conditions of 800~1100℃ for a long time. In high-temperature environments, it does not soften, does not creep, and does not sink. The cavity dimensions remain unchanged after repeated use, ensuring the uniform performance of batch products.

The material is dense and tight, with high compressive and bending strength. It can withstand the high pressure of the sintering equipment. Even under heavy pressure, it does not crack or collapse, meeting the requirements for high-density capillary structure molding.
