The graphite box is made of high-density isostatic pressing graphite and possesses excellent thermal conductivity, outstanding thermal shock resistance and outstanding chemical stability. It is widely used in graphite furnaces and carbonization furnaces, and is employed for processing artificial graphite, natural graphite and silicon-carbon composite materials.
With the rapid development of electric vehicles (EVs), energy storage systems (ESSs), and lithium-ion batteries, graphite waste has become an indispensable component for global battery material manufacturers.

 

During the production process of lithium-ion battery anode materials, raw materials such as petroleum coke, needle coke or composite carbon materials must undergo carbonization and graphitization at extremely high temperatures. Graphite boxes are used as loading containers to hold powdered materials, preventing them from being contaminated and ensuring their uniform distribution.
