High-temperature Bearing Graphite Column

The high-temperature bearing graphite column is a self-lubricating core component specifically designed for extreme high-temperature working conditions. It is made from high-purity graphite materials through isostatic pressing, 2800℃ ultra-high temperature graphitization, and resin impregnation densification processes. It is mainly used to be embedded in metal bearing substrates or as an independent bearing component, providing long-lasting solid lubrication without the need for lubricating grease.

Its core advantages lie in its high-temperature self-lubrication property (stable operation at 500-1000℃), chemical stability and thermal shock resistance. It perfectly addresses the problems of traditional lubricating oils evaporating and polluting the environment at high temperatures, and is widely used in high-temperature transmission systems such as metallurgical continuous casting, glass melting furnaces, vacuum furnaces, and semiconductor equipment.

Raw material selection: Select low ash content (≤12ppm) high-purity calcined petroleum coke, combined with high-temperature-specific binder, and remove volatile impurities such as sulfur and nitrogen to ensure no harmful substances are released at high temperatures.
Forming process: Use isostatic pressing technology to ensure isotropic density uniformity of the graphite column (deviation ≤ 0.03g/cm³), avoiding early failure caused by local strength differences.
High-temperature treatment: 1200℃ constant temperature baking for 15 days to remove volatile components, and 2800℃ ultra-high temperature graphitization for 72 hours to form an ordered layered structure of carbon atoms, enhancing self-lubrication performance.
