The lithium battery negative electrode graphite crucible, also known as graphite ark, graphite sintering crucible, or graphite material box, is made from ultra-high purity isostatic pressure graphite as the raw material. It is processed at a high temperature of 2800℃ through graphiteification, dense impregnation, and precise numerical control processing. It is specifically used for the high-temperature carbonization and high-temperature graphitization heat treatment of artificial graphite, natural graphite, silicon-carbon negative electrodes, and hard carbon negative electrodes in lithium batteries. It is the core high-temperature load-bearing container of lithium battery negative electrode material kilns, pusher furnaces, and high-temperature graphitization furnaces. It effectively prevents the negative electrode powder from being contaminated by impurities, ensuring the purity, consistency, and electrochemical performance of the negative electrode materials.

Applicable process
Mainly used for carbonization of lithium battery negative electrode precursors, asphalt coating, and high-temperature graphitization (the maximum usage temperature can reach 3000℃). It can be used continuously in a nitrogen, argon, or inert atmosphere for a long time, loading the negative electrode powder to complete high-temperature modification and crystal reconstruction. Production process
High-purity graphite powder is selected → Mixed evenly → Cold isostatic pressing for high-pressure molding → Low-temperature sintering → 2800℃ ultra-high temperature graphitization purification → Resin impregnation for densification treatment → CNC precision milling for slotting → Inner and outer surface polishing to high gloss → Anti-oxidation protection treatment → Full inspection and shipment.
